Overview
DataVisions.ai · St George, UT
DataVisions builds custom software and provides the consulting around it for professional services firms, contractors, and the trades — operators whose work is too specific for off-the-shelf, and who have spent years being told that custom was out of reach.
Custom software has changed. We have lived it on our own products and alongside our clients: from conception to production, productivity is up roughly 10× against traditional software projects. What has not changed is the discipline — how requirements get defined, how data gets standardized, how software gets designed and delivered. Same processes, same hard-won knowledge. They have simply gotten extremely fast.
A series of online or onsite sessions with your stakeholders, where we define the business needs, the workflows, the actors, and the software design.
Then the part that surprises people: you watch the software evolve meeting to meeting. Every review comes back with the updates from the last one, already built and running. It moves quickly — hand in hand with your dedicated consultant and team members.
Services we offer
Requirements and data-gathering workshops, future-state workflow mapping, and data standards with clear ownership — data quality is what makes or breaks the system.
Reusable blueprints start a project ~60% built. Multi-tenant architecture, tenant data isolation, RBAC from API routes, REST/OAuth integrations, and cloud CI/CD.
SOC 2-aligned practice, CISSP-aligned audits, CFR-traceable controls, and PCI card-information security scope.
Visual agent workflows, RAG knowledge bases, model and tool hubs, and human-in-the-loop approvals, wired into the systems your team already runs.
Cutover planning, data migration and load, site deployment standards, administrator and end-user training, and UAT sign-off.
A named support contact, release management, enhancement requests, and continual process improvement — we stay on after launch.
Products we deliver
CMMS/EAM: work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, meter readings, parts and inventory, and compliance evidence — deployed across hundreds of sites.
A multi-tenant, AI-native application platform — a dedicated database per tenant, modules that drop in as plugins, and a Rust bridge to on-prem hardware.
Visual agent workflows, a model hub and tools hub, RAG knowledge bases, and human-in-the-loop forms — bring your own keys across providers.

Product · chitty.aiA test bench for building and orchestrating models — wrapped in a workspace.
Local-first and BYOK: run GGUF models on your own GPU, fine-tune with LoRA, generate image/video/speech, and orchestrate scheduled agents with tool-calling and tiered approvals — all from a Rust desktop app with its own package marketplace and Python SDK. Browse the live site right here.
